What an awesome store! I came in for some leather and fur crafting supplies as a beginner. The staff was really helpful and fun to talk to, I'll totally be back

Yes,
I don't think so. The store sells leather and leatherwork tools and supplies.
They do offer classes
I buy tools and supplies there
Contact Jen Shade from 105.7 the X radio station. She may be able to put you in touch with "the patch lady". I don't know her name but she's at a lot of motorcycle events in the area.
Unfortunately they do not. Saddle making is a very labor intensive and highly specialized skill. It's like asking the guy that changes your oil and brakes to build you an engine from scratch. There is a ton of other skills involved before you can get to that point, wood working (to make the tree) and also understanding all the stress and load points of a saddle to make it safe for the user and the animal. Most Saddle makers actually have Liability insurance for that reason.
Not that I'm aware of. They are a leather craft supply business. They might sell a product for you to clean your own coat, but I doubt they do it themselves.
Generally speak they only sell, the tools etc. They do not do repairs etc. They could refer you to someone who does
They sell everything related with leather tools etc.. they sell all kinds of hides, they have a free work shop ,at least at the one in Gateway rd, that will help you on repairing your item yourself, the work shop if offered in your Tandy Leather shop is free. The shop in Harrisburg Pennsylvania had the same advantages and a nice front parking lot.
