Positive: The room was very clean. Tv size was larger than most. Negative: The hotel was just very average and I'm not sure it warrants a 4 star rating. A 3 star would be more appropriate. There are no microwaves in the room and the closet space was very small (about half of a traditional hotel room).

Positive: Our room was quiet. Negative: I don¿t think I¿d rate this a 4 star hotel. Our floor smelled awful. Our room and the pool seating area were not clean. Ordering and getting our food when we arrived was a challenging experience for us and guests waiting near us. Chilly indoor pool.

Positive: The bar they have open, microwave in the lobby it is only one so sometimes it is a wait the staff is timely in certain things but you have to go to the counter to speak to them calling and asking will not do it. Negative: Check out is extremely early at 11 and if you are one minute past they will cut into your deposit I literally came in at 4 am for check in after the birthday party I attended and gave the key cards back at 11:01 am and was charged an additional $14
