The room was nice and clean but the wifi went down and that controlled everything including the TV so no cable the rest of the night. The morning staff member was pretty rude and she came to my room and called multiple times even after I informed them I had a late check out

My daughter was working in Charlotte for the summer and her housing arrangements fell through. In a frenzy to find her somewhere safe to stay I contacted this Holiday Inn Express because I have stayed there on numerous occasions visiting my daughter at UNCC. The staff is always welcoming but this one particular staff member WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND- WILLIAM helped me to get my daughter checked in I was actually in Wilmington NC he sent me all the necessary paperwork to fill out so I would be able to pay for my daughter's stay he was very courteous and kind I appreciate everything that he did for us and I want to recognize WILLIAM AS A SUPERSTAR I hope that everyone that stays at this Holiday Inn Express has the opportunity to meet him because he ROCKS thank you so much William I appreciate you.

It was clean, mostly. And extremely quiet. Service was amazing. Everything was just perfect and the location was very convenient to just about everything. Breakfast eat yummy. Parking felt safe, well lit. Would definitely stay there again.

My company holds our Anna organization meeting here, and always very clean atmosphere. Seems I am always seeing someone cleaning, wiping down tables, mopping, vacuuming etc. They always serve us fresh coffee as well. I have never stayed here so can’t speak on the rooms, but if looking for event space I think it’s a great place.
