My experience with Enclave has been nothing but peaceful. Hannah’s service is nothing but amazing and she is such a great person to be around and she is very transparent with her clients. I’ve reviewed other apartments and their leasing agents who would never follow through with any of my questions or request. Hannah on the other hand reached out to me and knew exactly what I was looking for and waiting for the unit with all the features I liked to open. Sydney is also amazing and is always willing to make sure the residence and people are always taken care of. She looks out for all the residences and pays attention to what is needed. Overall I am enjoying my experience here and being someone who works from home most of time, it’s nothing but a good time being able to go up to the office to work or play pool to ease my mind or being around cool staffing such as Hannah and Sydney! Hello, I am a current resent here and lets just say I will not be resigning. Firstly, we never got the referral money upon initial move in and then got blamed that either we never wrote it on the lease even though Danielle was told stories from us that we were initially in building four with my father, or Heather accusing us that my father was then going to give the money back to us. Secondly, after living here for two months they then decided to take away half of the free parking and then charge for the other half, that you have to risk parking in the mall lot and possibly end up with a parking overnight fee. Lastly, when kennel cough was going around the whole complex and I informed them of this by saying how they rather email us on the pool rules instead of real problems like our dogs health, Hannah, who lives here with her puppy decided to laugh at me. These women don’t care about our living conditions and only care about getting the rooms filled. For the price of this place… it’s just not worth it.

Great place to call home! We love the dog park and walking trails that surround the property! The community is awesome and really feels like home. The management team is top notch, and maintenance keeps the grounds clean. We love living at the Enclave at Grapevine!

These apartments are so nice and very quiet, the management team is awesome as my job sometimes require me to travel out of State they are always there to ensure that whatever I need is taken care of!!!Thanks so much Heather and her team for being so awesome 🙂
