Customer relations are probably not their priority here. I get the feeling it’s strictly service focused. Think of it as one of those restaurants where the food is acceptable, but the service stinks. Except healthcare is not the food industry… and it’s not funny if patients don’t feel safe or heard. Incredibly jaded employees here and their money grubbing ideals are hidden behind pressuring patients for elective procedures and bad attitudes when you refuse procedures. I went in for my first teeth cleaning with them and decided to skip the exam/ xray. I skipped the xray that the attendant offered because I know I don’t have major problems, I don’t want unnecessary radiation, and I needed to see how they perform simple procedures such as cleaning before I decide I even want to continue giving them my business and allow them to interpret xrays. The dentist greeted me by saying “I was going to examine you, but I can’t because I don’t have xrays.” So passive aggressive. He didn’t ask my reason for visiting and he finished cleaning in about 15 mins. He got water everywhere on my shirt. He recommended deep cleaning while I had instruments in my mouth and walked out of the room (probably to focus on someone else who’s insurance is paying more) without asking me if I had any questions. He left me with the hygienist giving me the foam and she could barely answer my questions, but undoutbly more patient than the dentist. I have Dentical and I assume others going through insurance have similar experiences where dentists are offering procedures without disclosing costs. I’m sure plenty of dental offices run scams and recommend unnecessary procedures. I don’t know what allows certain offices to provide for dentical patients, or what kind of discounts dentical patients might be getting, but it’s sad when healthcare professionals forget why they’re providing healthcare and can only focus on how they’re not making the amount of money they think they deserve. Admittedly, this is my first visit to an office accepting dentical and I do understand they see many diverse patients and probably don’t think they make enough money to even upgrade the overhead light on the exam chair that’s broken… Sure healthcare can be difficult. This has just been my perspective as one of their patients. I’d probably only come back here for cleanings and nothing major. Also, does anyone get floss and a toothbrush at the end here? Cause I sure didn’t.

I have been going to this clinic for many years for my dental needs. The dentists and staff are all friendly, efficient and accomodating. Most of all I am so happy with Dr. Brenda for always doing an awesome job on my dental problems despite being so complicated. She is so highly competent, caring and patient so I truly trust her with my dental issues. Thanks Dr. Brenda and staff!!

My experience at this dental office today was awesome. I have severe gum loss and high anxiety. The dentist was extremely sensitive to my needs and took her time so I was not anxious with minimal numbing. I can't thank her enough! She will always have my busy and can't thank her enough!!!❤

This was by far the most comfortable and positive dental experience I’ve had. The entire staff was nice and friendly. They were also patient and gentle, always asking me if I was comfortable. No matter what you’re going in for, they break down everything so that you know what’s going on at all time, and they check for any questions or concerns with each conversation. I’m really happy that this is my new dentist!
