I had a great experience! A great selection of what I was looking for. Shopped around other big name furniture stores and pricing could not compete. Also none of them had multiple options like Bobs. Our salesman Alan was a joy to deal with. Helped with every details and gave us a vast amount of info for the items we purchased. So pleased with his knowledge of the merchandise and great personality. He made me feel comfortable with my decision.

Before stopping at Bob's Discount we had stopped at another furniture store where customer service was at their worst. Little did they know that if we found the couch we were looking for we were also purchasing a bedroom set, mattress and rugs. Coming to Bob's was the best thing we did. We were welcomed by Mario who was knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. He gave us the privacy when needed and was not pushy. He listened and was up front on all the merchandise. We left happy with our purchase! Can't wait for delivery to happen this week! Thanks Mario!!!

Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon to buy a sectional couch. I was greeted by Frankie at the door and he was so patient with my 4 year-old and I. Actually everyone we met that day was professional & pleasant, like they valued their customers. We found the our very first couch and can't wait to get it delivered in a week. Also, they offered us a ice cream which was a real treat. :) Thank you for taking good care of us and making the experience a breeze.

It was our first time visiting Bob’s Discount Furniture and I had to say it was a PLEASANT surprise. The quality of the sofas/sectionals were just as good if not better than living spaces and Ashley’s furniture. We had a great sales person. His name is ALAN. He was so nice and respectful. He did bug us like the other sales attendants from Ashely’s/livings. He let us look around and came in when he knew we were ready. He wasn’t pushy or being too much. He was the perfect salesman. Thank you Bob’s discount furniture, you guys were A1!
