These apartments are beautiful. I'm moving in on November 1 and I can't wait. The office has been fantastic and accommodating. Update: extremely disappointing in new management. After raising the rent significantly, they added a $70 late fee because their system glitched. I never had a problem when I was allowed to pay using a check from the credit union.

I wanted to take a moment to reach out and share the incredible customer service I received from Shanna during my short stay at Enclave at Oakhurst. Each and every interaction I had with this woman was nothing but pleasant and top notch customer service. Due to some unforeseen medical conditions I have experienced recently it was medically recommended for me to relocate to move closer to family and separate from employment with the company I was with. Being as North Carolina is pretty firm on their leasing laws, I was happy that Shanna went out of her way to see if there was anything she could do for me considering the situation I'm currently in. Not only was she able to accommodate me a lot more than I had anticipated, but she took a huge weight off my shoulders with having to move so quickly and having another thing to worry about during all of this. I work in hospitality, so I know good reviews incredibly had to come by, but I wanted to personally make sure she is recognized for the incredible customer service she provided and level of professionalism she had throughout the entire ordeal. Also: each apartment is incredibly cute. Well decorated, spacious, and newly renovated. Definitely suggest living here! 10/10.

The apartment was upgraded but a good job wasn't done. The wood floors they put in are warping already and have drops of paint all throughout my apartment. When I moved in they gave me a dirty apartment and I had to have it cleaned. I put in 17 work orders for them to make repairs for simple stuff that was never done before I moved in. It's cold in parts of the apartment because they don't have any installation in the wall. They had to replace my thermostat because they never changed the originally when I moved in and it wasn't even working. I have the neighbors from h*** living up stairs to the right of me. Music blasting, parties, running back-and-forth all throughout the night unable to sleep and enjoy my apartment. This has been going on for the past 3 months since they moved in the building. The police has been called several times and management informed but nothing has been done. We don't have the amenities that was promised.

Wood flooring, all new appliances, countertops, cabinets, and light fixtures throughout the entire apartment! Very modern and spacious inside. Has a front porch and huge back porch with an extra storage closet. In a cute and friendly neighborhood located just minutes from uptown and close to everything you need. 5 minutes from Walmart and Food Lion. I think this apartment is perfect for me and my family and I love the location. It was the only place I found in my apartment search without carpet and with all new everything for the same price!

Are the lights or any of the utilities included?

No utilities are included in the base rent. The water and sewer are metered and are billed to you monthly in addition to the rent. Utilities are through Duke Energy and you will need to set that up and pay for it separate from the rent.
