I have been without air conditioning in my apartment close to 2 months now! This is ridiculous. I have a family and in this heat we can barely sleep. I have been patient enough but with these summer temperatures this is a hazard as stated in the fine print of the lease. I have been here for over 5 years! My family is at a breaking point, these are not livable conditions. After all this, I’m still paying rent for an apartment that does NOT provide my family with the proper living conditions.

My husband and I absolutely loved living here. The apartment really felt like a home, and the staff are so sweet and professional. We never had a problem while living here. It’s in a great, safe location. We will miss it!

My wife and I just have been living here for 4 months now and can't say enough about Legacy. Mariah gave us our tour and helped us through the entire process. She was lovely, did not pressure us and was fun to work with. Overall, the staff is fantastic here and attentive. We just moved to Charlotte and didn't know many people at all, after attending the monthly events that the building provides we have made some great friends...the monthly events are a lot of fun.

This place has been so great! It really feels like home. The moving process was so easy. The community is quiet and the neighbors are great! Both Mariah and Casey have been wonderful. Maintenance has been great as well! I couldn’t be happier with my choice to move here!
