I relocated from NY to down here in Charlotte for work. I toured about 5 places including wildwood. Some had fancy amenities and the rent seemed pretty high for just one person. Wildwood was right in my budget and in a good location, plus it isn’t far from my new job. This is such a good first apartment with no crazy amenities. Victoria gave me the tour and was very helpful in answering any of my questions with explaining the different options available for my criteria. She made me feel right at home and I look forward to this being my future home

We lived here for not even a full year and we weren't the happiest. Some of the staff is amazing but others are just lazy. Maintance crew was nice and always tried to help but they just bandaid everything. Our ceilings were cracking and floors caving in some areas. Alot of the amenities they promote were never available. Laundry machines were always broken and would take your money. Pool was closed for a large portion of the summer. And the front gate didnt work causing lots of car thefts and vandalism. It was quite most of the time and you were able to go for nice walks but only until a certain time because you just didn't feel safe. I wish I had a better review because JT was always very attentive to any issues we might have but for how much we paid each month, we really expected more.

I’ve lived in this apartment complex for about 2 years now and just renewed my lease. One of the girls in the office, I believe her name was Terran, has been extremely helpful with the process of renewing my lease and she was very empathetic toward my situation. The rent increased but I expected that with the inflation of home prices that has occurred in the area, and Terran made sure that she had contacted me in a promptly manner and helped address any concerns that I had. Truly a great place to live, I always feel like the management goes above and beyond to help, even when they have the dozens of requests to fill for other tenants, they make sure to send someone out as soon as possible (requests get fixed MUCH faster than other apartments I’ve lived in over the many years). Can’t wait to spend another year here, you guys rock!

The 5 star reviews are misleading. They did a promotion where if you left a review you were entered to win a coffee maker. Pros: good location and the closets were big. great storage. Cons:This apartment complex is filthy. The residents do not care about the community and throw trash on the ground and leave trash outside of their apartments. The unit I was in did not have a washer/dryer and hasn’t been updated since 1985. When I was paying $900 a month I could look past it but now they want to charge 1200 a month for the exact same unit when the door is so old and drafty roaches just walk in. The roof was literally caving in at the end of my lease. Flooring is duct taped to the baseboards. The apartments allow smoking so all your clothes and furniture will smell like smoke by the time your lease is up even if you don’t smoke. The front desk people are nice but terribly incompetent and difficult to deal with. The front gates were broken for over a year so that just shows you how well they prioritize your safety and how they keep up on maintenance. Over all you’d be better living somewhere else. Especially if they continue to have to audacity to charge far above what they’re worth.

No. Only some of the units are renovated. Best to have a tour before signing a lease.
The rates are subject to change, and any questions about application criteria can be answered within the community.
