I have friends and family that live here. It is roach infested beyond words. Roaches coming out of the vents and drains. They spray but it doesn't work. ITS JUST AWFUL!!! Then they have the AUDACITY to go up on the rent. NOBODY should live in these conditions, no matter how much the rent is.

I've only been there 3 months but I've had a good experience so far. Very quite on my end and my neighbors are awesome. I'm in D and almost everyone on my row made me feel welcome there. And the Office Manager was awesome as well.
