The water is always being shut off randomly for hours! The pool is MAYBE open 1 month out of the year. And because these apartments are old, a lot of them are infested with silverfish bugs. The people in the office are super nice at first, then unhelpful once you actually sign the lease. Also be prepared for your rent to up $100 after the first year!!!

I asked Multiple times for my tub to be fixed it was clogged constantly and they would “fix it” then stop draining again. They tub would get very slippery and me and my kids fell multiple times causing bruises, it was peeling and the handles were covered in green mold, even after multiple work orders and emails they went ignored. The bathroom floor was peeling around the tub. My water heater and a/c unit were duck taped. Took them multiple complaints to fix it. My stove caught on fire and it took them over a month to replace it, when i went to beg them replace it the front office staff was very rude. And least of all the property manager seems to think having financial issues is a smiling matter and is very condescending, and will screw you over last minute. Only up side, my neighbors were amazing and Nayive is very understanding and sweet. And will do what she can for you.

I disliked living here. The sewage bill is thru the roof and when I talked to the manager about it, they gave me the run around to call the city of Charlotte who then told me I have to talk to my apartment complex who couldn't tell me why my sewage bill was so high. Like $200 high. I got a maintenance guy to come fix any leaky pipes and all that, still a high bill. Then the water gets cut off in the morning times twice a month EVERY month for maintenance at the most inconvenient times when people are getting dressed to go to work. The water situation here is just a costly nightmare and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also, the amenities are NEVER available to use! Theres NO laundry center, only a building that says laundry center but there hasnt been anything in there since I moved here May 2021. The pool is never available to use, the gym closes at 5pm which is when most people are getting off work. So we're paying for amenities we can't use, sewage bill is $20 on top of a $30 water bill, management is nice but does not fix the problem. Being nice doesn't fix the mechanical issues at hand. I will not be staying here again and will absolutely not recommend people stay here. Overcharging for promised things in the lease that aren't made available to us majority of our stay here. Terrible experiences are only accompanied with "oh I'm so sorry for the inconvenience " from management. Then you're inconvenieced even more by them telling you to come to the office where they know they wont fix the problem. Smh. Do better please.

I'm a current resident and Over All the experience has been pretty good. For the amount of money that they charge they could definitely redo those buildings. Window screens are falling off, the roof on all of those buildings need to be redone, and the fences need to be redone. The nice thing is that you always see people walking their pets or baby strollers so it's very family-friendly. It's also pretty quiet and it's not far from grocery shopping.
