My girls and I just moved into our new apartment and so far everything is good. Everyone at the office is very courteous. The maintenance guys are also nice, on time and on point with whatever you need help with in your apartment. We love the neighbors and the neighborhood. So far we love it here!

I wanted to wait a few months after move in to leave a review and I’m still very pleased with my home. The office staff is awesome! I was able to move in seamlessly from out of state. Never stepped foot on the property and I trusted what I saw online. What you see is truly what you get and then some. Walking into my empty CLEAN apartment on move in day was great! The process was simple and easy. The sun shining in AND the carpet appears to be brand new. This complex is in a safe and convenient area. I have no issues with parking or neighbors. I’ve read other apartments reviews and have lived at quite a few. Here at Landings I can easily submit a maintenance request online. I submitted one after hours Thursday night and maintenance was at my door the next morning and solved ALL of my issues. He went above and beyond! I called the office a while ago but they were away and they actually called me back shortly after off the strength of see a missed call from me. There’s so many examples I could list about the positive experience I’ve had here.

I truly enjoy our space. Everyone is a delight and helpful. I just wish I was able to have made the move much sooner. Looking forward to the spring and summer weather and environment.
