I can’t get in contact with this apartment building for nothing. I have emailed through every apartment app and called every number I can’t even leave a voicemail and it doesn’t help that there isn’t a website either.

Definitely the worse experience living here. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything it’s been a month since i called, my ceiling in my bathroom is leaking from upstairs, the damages are pretty bad, It’s mold on my back porch and on the AC unit. They never answer the phone or come to the door. Very unprofessional. No sense of running an office if you guys can’t never answer when it’s an emergency, they be so ready to put someone out sending notices because they’re late on rent but can’t answer a simple phone call. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE.

No. They do not have townhouses. Although, there are townhouses across from the apartments, but those are owned by homeowners.

I get the location in Crisis...they have yours apartment's in a list for affordable house.. So i want to know what is the process and how affordable is? Thanks
I don't think so
I do not work there. They do allow pets. Check other places. There is a club across the street, they end up parking in the apartment parking area and than dealing with the very loud music. I would not live there.

it's based on public assistance help so if you can not pay the amount they give you based on the sliding scale than yes most likely
I applied for Affordable housing Seigal point and Mcaden park back in 2018. When i applied i was told i was number 2 on the waiting list for Mcaden park (there was a girl named Ashley in the office with me she was applying as well and she was told she was number 3 by Josie). Forgot about it for alittle. Called 2 months later i was informed i was number 5 on the waiting list by Josie. The numbers kept moving around. I always had to go up there to the complex because they never answer the phone. I went up there jan 14 2019 and was told by (the new guy in the office) i needed to see Mrs Sheila to do a background check and i was told im number 3 on the waiting list and its basically who ever gets all thier stuff in order first gets the place. Mind you i came in to do a background check in 2018 and never heard anything back from Mrs Sheila when i went up there a week after that was told mrs. Sheila had two deaths in the family and thats why i hadnt heard anything. I recently 6 days ago to
