I applied for Affordable housing Seigal point and Mcaden park back in 2018. When i applied i was told i was number 2 on the waiting list for Mcaden park (there was a girl named Ashley in the office with me she was applying as well and she was told she was number 3 by Josie). Forgot about it for alittle. Called 2 months later i was informed i was number 5 on the waiting list by Josie. The numbers kept moving around. I always had to go up there to the complex because they never answer the phone. I went up there jan 14 2019 and was told by (the new guy in the office) i needed to see Mrs Sheila to do a background check and i was told im number 3 on the waiting list and its basically who ever gets all thier stuff in order first gets the place. Mind you i came in to do a background check in 2018 and never heard anything back from Mrs Sheila when i went up there a week after that was told mrs. Sheila had two deaths in the family and thats why i hadnt heard anything. I recently 6 days ago to

Contact them directly... The wait list is usually 6 months but I believe the rent is based off your income

6 months to a year waiting list and it's based off of your income, you have to go to the rental office for the application
