Been here for almost 5 years!! All of the bad reviews you see PLEASE BELIEVE it. Each year the neighborhood and staff gets worse. Went 3 weeks without a stove. 1 year without a dishwasher. NOW currently going a little over a month without AC. Maintenance gave me a dirty dusty window unit that’s horrible and ghetto. We wake up stuffy everyday. Yet everyday they say that their going to fix it and never do. Staff gets disrespectful with the mouth and expects you too say nothing. Half of the amenities promoted or not here and doesn’t work. Very dangerous out here. Sometimes you’ll see homeless people out in the parking lots. My car has been broken into several times. My biggest regret is moving here. The “corporate “ people will hang up on you and never respond. I could go longer about the disrespectful and scary things that I’ve dealt with and witnessed out here but I’m not. DO NOT COME HERE. IT IS A HORROR MOVIE. THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO RAISE A FAMILY.

Today, I visited Arwen Vista apartments and was immediately greeted by Tamara S. She started the tour by showing us the amenities and explained that there are some upgrades coming. Sauna, basketball court and all year round pool were a plus for my partner and I. We got a chance to tour the Berwyn model (largest 2x2) which was set us nicely. She explained the differences between that floor plan and the other 2x2 we are considering. You want Tamara when you tour. It was an experience! Super sweet, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I checked the reviews after my visit and I was so surprised to see so many negative reviews. Writing this to show that people are having positive experiences at this property. Thank you again Tamara!

Been living here for 1 month already and let me tell you it’s horrible here. Looking forward to moving out next year when my lease is over. If i could give this a 0 star i would Totally have done so. The First two weeks i moved here nothing was prepare right, the apartment was dirty including front door entrance. My heater wasn’t working and leaking. It took them two weeks to fix it and cause my electricity bill usage super high. The lease office agents seem to never have anything ready for you when you ask, it the simple things you should Have when you first move into a new apartment. For example; mailbox key; amenity key, correct car sticker. My car got towed because the leasing agent gave me wrong car sticker. It was inconvenient for me because i had to go work and towing location place is 35mins drive which is expensive to get a Uber. Their leasing phone office seem to never work so don’t bother calling them in cause they will never answer, they always say “we trying to fix the issue”. It has been 1 month since i been living here. They have a false advertising in their website, they say “we have employees discount” but when you try get the employees discount they charge you additional fee to just get their money back from them giving you a employee discount that advertise for (lease agent lady there told me they do that so they won’t lose money). My point is than why advertise y’all do employees discount if y’all going to charge people additional money for asking for employees discount. Speaking on false advertising, they don’t even have jacuzzi and they’re sauna doesn’t work proper ( it don’t be getting hot) and their gate don’t even work but they charge you for it. They charge you for gym fees, went to their gym and let me just say it was a disappointment to be charge 50 buck for garbage gym. i can Write a whole book about how horrible this place is, Save yourself time and money DON’T MOVE HERE.
