Jennifer is very Nasty and Rude I don’t know how she got management position here at south line apartments. BEWARE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR THERE CARPET “EVERYTIME” SOMEONE MOVES OUT!!! ….. You have to put in a 30 day notice to be there when they inspect the apartment they don’t send move out instructions like stated in the email they send you after you put your 60 day notice in. I’m being charged for carpet that has been in the apartment since 2018. I have contacted corporate on this issue. Waiting for them to respond. I had a one year lease and did not renew my lease due to the building being dirty and elevator dirty omg the only building that is clean is the front office that you your on your day, and the Fire-alarms go off every week. BEWARE OF THIS APARTMENT BUILDING!!!!!!!

PLEASE fix your fire alarm or put cameras in the hall way to catch the people pulling it. It’s gone off 5 times in ONE week. Not only is it annoying and inconvenient but a safety risk. No one evacuates anymore because it is always a “false alarm.” From reviews int he last this has been going on for years….

I am unfortunately staying here short term and I can not wait to leave. It is LOUD, every day, LOUD. If you are a recent college grad who likes to party then it would be fine for you but if you enjoy sleep etc it is not a great place to be. Beyond that, the building isn’t kept up with. The garbage in the trash rooms is overflowing which is probably why there are cockroaches. It’s also next to a train station and the railroad crossing has bells that go off. Hallways smell horrible, first floor hallway is disgusting. Stay away, trust me. If you choose to live here, don’t say you weren’t warned.
