I have lived here for two years now and I would say the best thing about the place is the maintenance team and how they handle requests in a timely manner! Huge Warning: my car has been booted twice in my own neighborhood. The leasing office sets you up to be charged by this third party who tows your vehicle and places a boot on the wheel for a parking ‘violation’. Neither you or your guests are safe here when it comes to this! It will cost you hundreds if you fall victim to it. Then your calls or emails won’t be responded to when you question it. Also this is supposed to be a gated community but the gate almost never works. Cars have been broken into several times here. I would not recommend. Save your money from some place worth it.

Living at Thornberry has been great since we moved in! The front office staff is always so nice and on top of everything and maintenance usually can get your service request done before the end of the day the request was placed and grounds are always well maintained. Just today they passed out Christmas baskets to each apt door! They were wearing elf ears. My son was on the patio watching them. He said "Mommy, look the elfs are helping Santa!" I opened the door and got a snap shot of one of them. He was so quick I almost missed him! So much fun here at Thornberry! We love it!
