This company has amazed me with their kindness and attention to detail. My father is 85 years old and he could not get his ride mower to the shop. Kelly who I believe is the manager, came straight to our home after leaving work for the day. He answered all of our questions and fixed the catcher system so everything is working perfectly. He stood there and answered all of my father’s questions with incredible patience and kindness. Thank you so much for such outstanding service. I highly recommend this company. They go above and beyond most companies.

Bought a commercial Husqvarna mower 8-7-19 and wheel fell 8-19-20 with 91hrs of use on same 3 acre lot. Serviced by LKN annually. Picked up quickly by LKN Small Engine, waited 3 days and called to check on diagnosis. Parts ordered, but unknown arrival. Asked to get back to me on arrival of parts. 3 more business days and a weekend later no call from LKN. I inquired again, additional parts needed to be ordered.... ok another week out. Went around the same revolving door again of no updates another week. 4 weeks later finally completed with news of no warranty coverage, surprise bill to me. I would not recommend a Husqvarna product and after the lack of communication/sense of urgency, LKN Small Engine either.

3 to 4 week wait but I believe they do work on almost anything
Hi Joseph, if you bring your tractor by on Saturday depending on how busy we are at the time one of my sales reps may be able to try and level your deck for you. My service department works Monday-Friday, and is currently booked ahead by about 10 business days.
I would just replace the assembly. Much easier and the new part will have a warranty.
