I have been at Sharon Ridge Apts for about 2-years. They try their best to accommodate any problems or situations I came across. Ms Ebony Brown is so friendly and helpful. She always greets you with a smile and manages the property with efficiency. The area is a quite place, minus the morning and after work traffic. It's right on the Bus/Train line when I don't need to drive my car. Great place for a reasonable price!!

This is my first year being a resident here and it’s been an excellent experience. I enjoy my home, work orders are completed within 48 hours, and the manager is very helpful no matter how little the situation may be.

With Ms. Ebony managing Sharon Ridge apartments things are really getting done. She's so dependable with getting your unit up to par. Work order have such a quick turn around. Too think she manages 72 houses this well is amazing she is sooooo helpful . Definitely recommend as a place of residence.

Tennant Aug 1987-Feb 1990 - $375/mth The only upgrades visible from the pics are the floors which used to be carpet. Everything else is the same. These units should have washers and dryers included. Pathetic.
