Lived there a year until the rent decided to go up by $300. The grounds are clean, community felt safe, and only had one package stolen due to FedEx delivering it to my door and not the package room, so beware of your neighbors.

It's been an absolute pleasure here from the very beggining (A stark contrast to where I last signed a lease.) The staff is absolutely wonderful and great to work with. The apartments are spacious and the common areas are clean. The buildings are non-smoking so if you're worried about that; then I can put your mind at ease. It is a fairly quiet neighborhood and I do not have any complaints on that front. I do wish they had a complete wooden or tiled floor plan as I am not a big fan of carpets. Other than that, this is a great please to sign a lease.

Great place to live! I’m enjoying my time at Gramercy so far. The office staff and maintenance techs are friendly, prompt and professional. All grounds/facilities are kept clean. The location is great with easy access to highways, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend!

Yes, our package room is located in the clubhouse, which is open from 5:00am – 9:00pm every day.
There is a garbage disposal in every unit, except ADA units.
All spaces are first come first serve. We do have garages onsite.
Resident can submit service requests through the portal or call the office and we will place a work order into the system. The maintenance team will come by within 24hrs to address any maintenance issue. They are also on call 24/7 for any emergency maintenance call.
While we do our best to accommodate walk-in tour requests, we ask that you go to our website and schedule a tour. Once you arrive for your tour, you will need to show a valid form of ID.
There is not a pet deposit, but a pet fee of $375.00 for 1 pet or $475.00 for 2 pets is required up front. There is also and additional $10.00 monthly rent per pet.
Yes, all residents and roommates must have insurance. We require $300,000.00 for personal liability, and we must be listed as an interested party.
We require 2.7 times the base price for income to rent ratio. Credit requirements can be explained by calling our leasing office.
