Location excellent that is about it unit is poorly maintained old complex few maintenance personnel punch items over 2 yrs. old, no action too many aggressive breed dogs emergency maintenance response is good regular issues are not addressed security ok all over the dumpster lately garbage pile up and overflows hard to reach a "live person" poor pest services manager and assistant mgr. very rude and unhelpful never return calls or e-mails no children facilities

So far enjoying my experience. The natives don't seem to know there is a button to press for the trash compactor but luckily great people like Kahlil fixes stuff ultra quick. Great team members like him make this place worth every penny. 👏 Looking forward to the next beautiful 10 months here. ❤️

This property is in an upscale area. Although they’ve done some updating, the units still have popcorn ceilings and many have carpet throughout as opposed to hardwood or LVF. I am interested in this property simply because of the location and surrounding retail and restaurants.

Every community handles resident communication independently, but a good place to start is the MAA site and the Resident Login portal. Not only can residents pay rent online, they can submit and track service requests, check out online deals, and stay connected to news and events in their community.
In general, you should hear from a leasing agent within 48 hours, but please note, processing times can be different from community to community.
MAA has added virtual tours and self-guided tours in addition to in person with a leasing agent in order to ensure that you feel comfortable as you tour our communities. You can choose the way you want to tour each community by making a choice on the “Tour Your Way” page.
