Do NOT rent from these people unless you are seeking something TEMPORARY. I’ve been living here for three years the first two years my property manger wouldn’t fix anything refused to sign a new lease because she was doing fraudulent activity. Upon receiving a new property manger they as well lacked communication and compassion. My front door lock was broken for two years with a child in my home before it was fixed AFTER CALLING THE CITY CODES. they immediately fixed them the same week and due to me losing my job from Covid the following month they used that opportunity to file for eviction. I was literally behind ONE MONTH and they filed for eviction. Even offering to pay the amount to a zero balance a week later they did not want my money only wanted me removed from the premises. Literally have no reason just the one month of nonpayment and the case from the city that was closed out one week before they filed for eviction. Now I have to find somewhere to move within 30 days with a one year old child. DONT DO IT! Everything about them is lowball and fraudulent

Sharon crossing appartment community completed the job inside my kitchen at 1910 Meadowlark Ln unit 10 where mold was coming out of the kitchen ceiling, Thanks to Sharon crossing/ maintenance team and the property manager Lilly the property manager for getting the job done quickly ,I Appreciate it ,Thanks again !!!!
