Very honest and helpful! My phone was beyond repair and I went in to see if there was any hope fixing it. The guy was totally upfront with me that it would be better replacing the phone. Most places would of given me the run around and charged me $$$$$. He also spent time showing/helping me research where I can find the exact phone I wanted to replace at a decent price.
