I’m moving here i really have reserved feelings I think the secretary/leasing agent whomever is very rude she has a smart mouth n needs to learn how to speak and communicate with other adults no one is beneath her she make the company look bad even asked me why I won’t find a whole house 👎 BECAUSE I DONT WANT TO

I submitted an application only to never hear back. They gave me multiple dates to expect a response and I never received it. 100$ in application fees to get ignored. I contacted the office multiple times and when I was finally able to get in touch they told me they needed documentation from me, I submitted it immediately but why didn’t they reach out to tell me I needed it? Once the documentation was submitted it was radio silence. I called numerous times and emailed throughout out the week and never heard anything back. Ultimately if they did even contact me back I would never want to live at a community with a office that you can’t even get a hold of and I hadn’t even moved in yet, I can’t imagine actually living there and needing anything from them.

The leasing office, Kent and Robert specifically, have been so helpful in assisting me with a move across state lines. I felt comfortable with the details and timelines given, and my expectations were met for each encounter. The community itself has been quiet and peaceful. I would absolutely recommend this community to others.
