This restaurant made my sandwich wrong. I wasn’t able to return to the establishment to get it fixed same day due to work. When I returned the young lady at the register was very kind and states that she remembered me but the manager was not willing to replace my order bc I didn’t have the receipt. I advised I can pull up my online banking app to show proof of purchase and that I was in the establishment. The manager would not right the wrong of firehouse. The food typically is good but this interaction made me not want to spend money there anymore.

Customer service is non existent, place is dirty, employee was on break and sleeping at the entrance to the building, manager was working on paperwork in the middle of the restaurant, no one wanted to take my order. Do not recommend.
