They were doing the buildings over so the grounds were filthy and the works spilled paint on the concrete everywhere... Siding from the building on the ground left everywhere... Not quite cozy

“ I currently live at these apartments and I can say that it has been very tumultuous over here when I requested the property manager the new one Mrs. Webb to give information to the Housing Authority about me moving to another complex she didn’t state what I needed her to tell them and so they’re opting to not move me furthermore I had twins back in August but my son passed away the day before my son passed away someone fired a projectile shot to my daughters headboard from outside I have expressed my concerns having PTSD about what happened and instead of the property manager telling the section 8 Charlotte Housing Authority she would rather have me stay living over here and instead of getting security and safety for her tenants she is more concerned with the curb appeal and siding I don’t want my $300 security deposit to take care of the look and the curve appeal of these apartments because it’s not about how the place looks it’s about how a person interpretative while they’re living there the maintenance men do a great job we have just had a series of very bad property managers and this one is no different! I do not like the fact on how she’s trying everything in her power to get me to stay here when I was approved for another property roughly about 40 minutes from this location I do not recommend anyone to live over here should you choose to live over here I opt and urge you to have some means of protection because it’s a lot of stupidity over here people honestly think that they are above the law over here when it comes to matters happening you have some residents that thrive on negativity and so negativity is like home for them I really don’t care who reads this review from the Charlotte Observer to the Charlotte Housing Authority to the property manager herself I am deeply concerned because I have small children you would think that they would set aside with the So CALLED claim to be protocol and actually uphold what they are supposed to be upholding Properties need to be further detailed about the safety and the well-being and stead of saying that they have a camera and surveillance is trying to coax someone to live there”!!!! I am trying to do everything in my power to find somewhere else for me and my daughters to live even if it means me relinquishing my section 8 voucher I just refuse for my security deposit to pay for $300 siding when it needs to pay for security and safety I will most definitely be alerting the proper officials about this because if I live in a downstairs unit I’m subjective to the break-in but if I live in an upstairs unit I’m susceptible to having a bullet coming through my house and I was killing one of my children I have lost enough as it is I am not going to lose another child due to the negligence of the Charlotte Housing Authority Kamilah Booker and Linda Gordon”!!!!

THAT PLACE IS RUN BY DRUG DEALERS , WHORE HOUSES AND TRAFFIC COMING ALL KINDS OF HOURS PARKED IN CARS WITH LIGHTS FLASHING. IF THAT DO'NT KEEP YOU FROM MOVING THERE WHEN YOU MUST BE ONE OF THEM, PART OF THE PROBLEM AND NOT THE SOLUTION ! NON FUNCTION MANAGEMENT HERE HOUSING AUTHORITY HAVE MY CURRENT INFORMATION , BUT NEVER CALLED ME TO ANSWER WHY FAIRMARKET SQUARE DO'NT HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS, SECURITY STAFF, NO PARKING REGULATIONS, MANAGEMENT WORKS ONLY TWO DAYS A WEEK, AND LOW DIM LIGHTS IN THE PARKING LOT,MANAGER OFFICE PHONE SWITCHES TO ANOTHER BUSINESS WHEN YOU CALL THEM, AND WHY WOULD MR,HENRI F. SMITH FROM THE HOUSING AUTHORITY SAFETY DEPT ABUSE HIS POWER AND AUTHORITY TO EVICT ME IF I CALL THE POLICE ONE MORE TIME. BECAUSE FAIRMARKET SQUARE DO'NT HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS OR ANY SECURITIES ON THIS PROPERTY IS THE MAIN REASON WHY I FEEL FOR MY SAFETY AND CALLS THE POLICE
