I have been living here for 5 years now. The first 4 years were great in despite of having some maintenance issues but the last year has not been great. The property manager Nika was not very nice when calling me and after the first call, I chose not to communicate with her again via phone. I am very disappointed because I have never had a problem with the office staff. I felt very attacked. I have never had any issues until last year and I have chosen to not renew my lease because of her. Please be very mindful of how you communicate with others, you never know what someone is going through. The other managers in the past were very nice.

I went by these apartments about a couple of days ago and I can honestly say I like the layout, I didn't go through the entire complex but from what I could see they are very nice and well put together. The office itself is a site to see, it's clean and beautiful in there, everything is organized and clear. They are close to anything you need including the highway. When I spoke to Ms. Nika on the phone she was definitely knowledgeable and professional when it came to answering my questions. Most managers won't tell you the truth because their just trying to get people in, not her, she was very honest about the wait list and how long the wait list is and even still may be due to high demand. I appreciate her for that. Her kindness and loving vibration warmed me right up, and even though I won't be moving in these apartments, I still would like to thank Ms. Nika for being so graciously helpful.

I’ve called everyday for a week straight & no one ever answered the phone, sometimes i even called multiple times and still nothing . very unprofessional

I just spoke with Ms. Ross (Nika) who graciously answered all of my questions, without rushing me off the phone. Quite different from my usual experience in dealing with Property Managers. 5 Star Customer Service from a 5 Star Community, that hopefully I will call home some day.
