Fitness Machine Technicians are professional, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I wasn't sure what to expect since my treadmill was an older model that we purchased in 2016. It had stopped working and I was resolved in having to purchase a new treadmill; which was going to be expensive. I gave FMT a call and was told over the phone what the problem might be. They gave me an estimated repair cost over the phone (which was a lot less than purchasing a new treadmill). They were spot on with the diagnostic assessment and a week later the technician came to our house and repaired my treadmill that now runs like new. Fitness equipment is expensive and if you need repairs these technicians really know what they are doing and they will save you money!
