I’m very grateful to be a member of Kaiser Permanente, and to use this facility. It’s run very well. It’s often that they’re calling my number for the lab before I even get there. The pharmacy used to get backed up, but the wait time was fairly reasonable, like most of the KP facilities around here. I order my mail most of the time now, when I can. The pharmacists have gone out of their way to be very helpful and locate a med at another facility if they’re out here. The dermatology dept was outstanding when I last visited pre-COVID-19. I highly recommend this location.

It is a Medical Center with a Dermatalogy Center, Lab And Kaiser Pharmacy. I like the facility as I can get everything done at 1 stop and their Restrooms ate always clean. The Tustin Market place Center is even Nicer with a bigger Pharmacy...

Nobody likes going to the doctors, but when I went here for an operation my trip was easy and comfortable. The doctors and staff were kind and helpful, but what really made the 5 star rating was two employees in particular. My car's battery was dead, and my insurance was less than helpful. But The greeting nurse who was screening for patients sent out an SOS to the hospital, and had Alex, the on duty security guard, help us jump start our car. While the insurance failed to help, took hours to arrive, and were rude, the hospital was helpful, quick, and friendly. Thank you for your hospitality. I will not forget it.

It feels weird saying I loved a medical office. I go here every week for my allergy injections. The front desk staff is sweet and friendly. The nurses I have are awesome. Oh and the pharmacy stays open until 7 PM! The WiFi works well and there's usually plenty of parking.
