I am out of state and found the board I needed online on the website. Online inventory was accurate they had everything, I had someone pick it up at the store for me. Everything was perfect, 1 of the repair kits wasn't picked up and they shipped it to me asap with no questions. Really amazing staff, thanks guys!

I've gone to rider shack for multiple surf items and the staff have been friendly and helpful. However, they aren't pushy salespeople so if you need help, just ask. They have a great selection of wetsuits, boards, and surf booties. They have a smaller selection of women's items but they carry the top brands so it's still worth a trip. They also have a nice selection of clothing and accessories if you need a gift for someone who loves the beach lifestyle.

A wonderful experience at Rider Shack. I had a damaged product that may have overshadowed my experience there, but they way it was handled was fantastic! The staff was attentive, Jeff made sure to correct the error. They made sure I was a happy customer and I was thoroughly impressed with the effort they went through to ensure my satisfaction. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for an excellent surf shop. They made a loyal customer out of me. Great online selection of surfboards and surf related "stuff".
