After Covid , service changed. The food that we want was poorly cooked. The waitress Was so nice enough to asked us always. The price also does not validate the taste Of the food ordered. Service is super. Downtown branch. Coupon still in website been expired Years ago.

Ordered a basic garlic cheese bread and alfredo fettuccine which was dry and disappointing. The menu could do with more vegetarian options. The chianti hadn't opened up and overall was an average evening we won't repeat.

They have great employees. We stopped for dinner before a comedy show and we had the pleasure of having Stanley as our server/bartender and he made our experience the best we had in town. He made us comfortable and we enjoyed every interaction. He was also super helpful with the menu. Food was great. Everything that was suggested was wonderful.

Buca San Diego gets an F. Been to the Pasadena and Vegas locations and both amazing food. Food here is absolutely trash at best. Plate scolding hot while the food on the same plate was cold and undercooked. Empty restaurant on a Friday should have been all I needed to see. This is supposed to be baked rigatoni.

Parking meters on street. Monday-Saturday after 6pm (others after 8pm) they are free. Sundays parking meters are free

There is no designated parking for Bucca. If you get lucky you might find a meter parking along the street. We drove around twice before we just decided to park in one of the parking lots. Comic Con was going on soo parking prices were high. The first one which was about a block away was $30.00. The second one about 2 blocks away was 15.00, which was the one we parked at. We wanted Bucca's : /
