Cute little Italian place. Owner is very friendly, recommended vegetarian dishes to us. They took their sweet little time to get the food ready. Ravioli my kid ordered was very delicious, the sauce Mama Rosa was top notch. I ordered gnocchi with cheese sauce, really really good, my husband & daughter ordered penne pasta with eggplant, they liked it, tiramisu was great, my kids gobbled it up. It was too much food for us to finish. As it is in the heart of the city, we had to wait for parking for long & also it’s expensive (the parking & of course food) I’m just sad I didn’t get to try their coffee, some people did & it looked very tempting

It was my first time at this place. A friend was meeting us there, she said it was a really good restaurant and she was not wrong. It was delicious! I had the linguine with halibut, clams and mussels. Perfection! The calamari was also really good. Service was prompt and the place is cute!

The service and welcoming vibe makes this Italian restaurant extremely endearing. You feel like family and the food is what Italians do best--simple, hearty, and fresh. The atmosphere is cozy too. Also, grab a glass of wine! Great pours here. I had the Linguini Mediterraneo and Capellini Bosco Mare. Huge portions that will fill you up. For the Linguini Mediterraneo, I went with the white wine sauce and was simply delish. The Capellini Bosco Mare had angel hair pasta in a red sauce and shrimp. Between the two, I enjoyed the Linguini more from the texture contrast. It's right in Hillcrest so you can venture out to the gay bars nearby if interested too!

How is the parking situation?

There's a parking attendant but few spaces. First hour and half free with validation. I've only visited during lunch and parking wasn't a problem. A few metered spaces nearby. Recommend Uber or Lyft during dinner or weekends
