Just signed up and was offered a free training sessions by Eva took on the offer and met her . All she did body shaming me and kept saying that I am not going to reach my goals and end up with horrible diseases if I don’t sign up for personal training. She kept pushing and body shaming repeatedly that I am overweight even though I explained why I can’t sign up at this time. She said working out at the gym with the machines don’t work…. Gym shouldn’t be a place to be humiliated, we should have a choice what to sign up for and be treated with respect. No everyone is designed to be 5’2 and 90lbs

Very helpful staff! Janelle went completely out of her way to help us activate our guest passes when we needed to go earlier in the day than the typical time they can activate them. Super kind, responsive, and accommodating. Thank you Janelle!! Great experience overall in the gym as well.

They have not been enforcing the recent mask mandate well. Only 80% of people are wearing masks. They need to enforce this better, it’s disappointing. All the weights are constantly unorganized even when starting at open (5am). It’s one of the two things you do 1. Clean/Disinfect 2. Clean-Up/Organize. It’s extremely disappointing being the first one in and only 30% of the weights are racked. It takes 20 minutes tops to clean this up at the end of the day or in the morning, it shouldn’t look like this and be hard to find what you need. If they did those two things they would be a 5 star facility.

Blonde trainer on 3/19 was nice, dont know name. This gym is very spacious and not too crowded but there are only 3 squat racks that were taken the entire duration of my 1.5 hour workout. The outside is gorgeous as well. I recommend this location. Its clean, not too crowded, with nice staff members.
