Worst gym I’ve ever been to by far, worst service I’ve ever experienced and they do not let you cancel your membership so think twice about getting one. The staff here is a joke and won’t take anything seriously, it’s never open after work because they close at 5 on the weekends on top of that you got meatheads taking over your workouts while your in the middle of exercising because they want to show how strong they are or how much they know. The staff meanwhile just sits and talk in their little hub downstairs the whole time.

I really liked this gym, never crowded, plenty of cardio machines, good customer service. The only thing I wish they could change is the weekend hours, extending the hours on sat and Sunday would be much better and also cleaning the treadmills… they’re filthy But overall nice gym

Nice facilities and most staff are super nice— but the massage stand (as in massage guns, massage chairs) is a SCAM. And LA fitness is by extension working with a SCAM! If you sign up with them you’ll never get your money back. The sales lady that works with the massage stand was so earnest when she coaxed me into a monthly membership—“oh you can call them or find me to cancel it anytime.” Come to find out, a month after I requested cancellation they were still charging me for the last 5 months! Tried to call the company, the phone number is a voicemail. Email address? It doesn’t go thru. Website? No customer support. Technically LA fitness had nothing to do with them but they’re complicit. At least the corporate sector: why would you pick a sketchy business to work with? And why would you allow your employees to make empty promises? Thanks to this massage stand I now have to cancel my credit card and get a new number and have to reset all my recurring payments because my credit card company can’t stop recurring payments from this merchant. I spoke the operations manager at this location, he couldn’t be more bothered to help me out. Another gentleman who seems to be lower rank than him was sympathetic and accommodating which I appreciated, but I’m really disappointed in both this location & corporate LA fitness. And I bet I’m not the only one. 20 dollars a month without my approval is a hefty amount after a while, especially when I literally can’t even get a hold of anybody to cancel it.

Facilities are very clean but there are so many people now that no machines are ever open. There are only two squat racks and for some reason it is only open until 8:00. They could easily extend hours so that max capacity is not reached.
