The towing process here is so dumb. I parked here while visiting my friend at night. My friend put the guest pass on my car while I was upstairs. I come downstairs and my car is booted. I am confused while my car got booted given that I have a pass, it turns out the pass fell after he put it and that’s why I got booted. I called the number and they said I have to pay because it wasn’t displayed properly. I asked them can I wait till tomorrow to talk to management about this situation and they told me no because i will get my car towed overnight. I am very upset that I have to pay $160 when I had the pass. You will never see me come by here or even recommend my friends to stay here. I feel like the company they hired to do parking checking is a bit predatory. They didn’t even give me a chance to talk to management tomorrow about my situation.

UPDATE: Working with Christopher in the office from our move-in to our move-out has been nothing short of awesome. He is super responsive, helpful and kind and I really really appreciate him! If you can, definitely work with him when you move! I moved into a townhome at the Silos in November and have LOVED my experience so far. I don't have a lot of interaction with the staff but the little I have had has always been super nice and helpful! The townhomes are beautiful and the location of the Silos is ridiculously perfect. Its walkable distance from literally everything in Southend and if not, just hop onto the light rail anytime. ALL my neighbors are awesome and i've even become friends with some of them. Super great place! Pros: Close to everything (prime spot). Right on the lightrail. Updated features in the homes. Attached garages for the townhouses. Super dog friendly. Nice staff. Awesome amenities. Cons: Some appliances in the homes are insanely cheap: this is by far the cheapest dishwasher I've ever had renting and the sinks and water pressure are pretty terrible as well. Those are two things I think could definitely be improved for how nice everything else is and how much we pay a month to live here. Other than that its worth the money and the community is bomb! CHECK IT OUT!

Staff is very nice, friendly and super quick in resolving issues. I wanted to give 5 stars but i had issues of noise coming to my apartment when i first move in and have to change apartment again so it was hectic plus paid twice for electricity and move and all. Apart from that a great location, good cooperative staff, excellent service, amenities are almost new. I recommend this place any day.
