I have called for FOUR straight days no answer no call back. That’s beyond unprofessional. At least have the decency to answer that’s literally your job! And then I’m trying to figure out why Tyler (community manager) is responding to complaints about people not being able to reach them but giving them the same number. Please make it make sense! I just want to know about the apartment complex and availability.

What is it now with leasing offices not wanting to answer the phone.
