Property Manager Claude Mack lacks empathy, professionalism and possesses no sense of customer service.... My father battles mental illness. He’s being subjected to uninhabitable conditions during this brutal winter season in his apartment at Royal Orleans apartments. My father is physically ill and he has had to cover himself in blankets and towels to stay warm. There is no functioning heat in his apartment. The property manager Claude Mack was rude from the beginning and is unconcerned regarding my father’s plight. Due to my father’s condition he’s intimidated and fearful by how poorly he’s responded to. He is afraid that he will be evicted by asking for the things he is entitled to. My father is elderly and not well and is being treated with no regard due to being different. He’s being taken advantage of due to a disability. He lives in a older unit and I highly doubt repairs have been made to keep him up up to standard.

Old but quiet well kept community, middle class neighborhood right behind apartment complex, not a lot of crime reported within the community, marjority elderly neighbors, well kept, great place for LAYED back quite fok, on bus line, convient for grocery stores and restaurants
