I think this whole complex has a total of 4 visitor parking spaces. It’s crazy I get towed on a weekend night within an hour of parking. Are your tenants not supposed to have friends or family?

I have had a disappointing and frustrating experience with this apartment complex. I know several people have mentioned parking, and it is truly a huge issue here. There are not enough parking spots for visitors, and they have not addressed the problem even though many residents and guests have voiced their concern. If you cannot find a space, the answer is simply "too bad." If your car is towed, the answer is the same. It is disheartening to see management respond to reviews stating that they are happy to address any concerns when, in practice, they have not been addressing this particular issue. The apartment complex is in a pretty, safe, and quiet location, but the units themselves are older. There are large cracks in the foundation and some outdated appliances that are unable to be repaired. For the price, quality, and frustration, there are better options available. I hope one day management can truly understand what it means to listen to and take care of their residents and their guests.

If you have a guests come over, don't move here. Terrible guest parking. My boyfriend moved here a couple months ago and I've had my car towed twice. They have 6 guest spots for the whole complex and then have been told if you can't get a spot there, you can park by the office. All of this fills up often while there are several resident spots available. One time I came over for dinner and the parking was full for guests, so I parked in a regular spot and it was towed. Last night I parked by the office, there was no label for no parking or anything and I have seen others park in that spot before, woke up to my car towed. Ridiculous apartment complex, I have never in my life dealt with a complex like this. So if you don't care about guests, have no friends, family, or significant others come over this place can be fine. Otherwise, there's plenty of places for similar price that won't tow for coming over.

My experience started off great, but slowly dwindled downhill. As others have stated, the parking situation is a complete joke. I work second shift and by then time I get home at 10:30pm. There is only handicapped parking available. If I am lucky enough to find a space, I would still have to walk across a dark parking lot at night and that’s not the safest thing. I opted for a garage rental out of force. The mold issue is horrible, one of the burners on my stove has not worked correctly since I moved in a year ago and this is with maintenance fixing it. They are raising the base rent $200 and for what? Everything is outdated. You could find a much better place with updated appliances for the same amount, or a little more. Water bugs get in easily and they are HUGE. We have new neighbors across the hall, as well as upstairs and now I’m beginning to see roaches! I am moving in 2 weeks and it can’t come any sooner! They sent me a list of things that have to be cleaned prior to leaving and stated we have to pay to deep clean the carpet. I gave them a $400 non refundable pet deposit for my dog, and that should go towards getting the carpet cleaned. Furthermore, that isn’t in my lease. I feel they are doing whatever they can to keep the security deposit. Of course I’m going to clean the apartment before I leave but they are asking me to do their job, and that’s not happening. The fitness center is always in shambles and/or being vandalized, the pool area can be a little dirty. Please beware before renting from this place.
