I have lived here for three years. Everything was great when viewing the apartments. Of course, everyone is nice and courteous at move-in. However overtime, the staff and management team ( all three management teams over the course of three years), have been rude, condescending, unprofessional, and unethical, to say the least. Over the course of 3 years, I have experience the most atrocious customer service experience I have ever had. It seems as though they just allowed anyone to move in. I have been awakened to loud parties ( in fact just last night), marijuana smoking, the apartment adjacent to my apartment was taped with crime scene tape. I have no idea what occurred. But to know that type of violence was right outside my front door was frightening. I have requested on multiple occasions to speak with the regional manager regarding the treatment of the residence by the office; both by phone and email. To this day, no response from the regional manager. Today I called the office, as well as yesterday, both times I spoke with Chris. Each time I speak with him he is quick, rude, and very condescending. I have also had interactions with the property manager Josh. Who keeps repeating the same thing over and over and does not have any interest in doing things that are just for the residents. Yes the apartments are nice, however if you want to be treated with the respect and dignity that's due to you especially with the amount of rent you will pay I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere. After you view the apartment, and sign the lease, the level of customer service you experienced before, you will no longer have that same experience. I have put off providing a review for The Haven at rivergate for quite some time hoping the behavior would change. Unfortunately, it has not and as a result I am here now providing my experience and hope that it will help you. They ask you to provide good reviews to boost up their ratings. In most cases, they even say that they will provide you some form of an incentive for placing a stellar review on Google and other sites to get people into the office to lease the apartments. Do not be fooled. It will not last. Good luck.

I love the community! Very beautiful and elegant living. All the neighbors are friendly and everyone pretty much stays to themselves. Sometimes neighbors can be loud which is my only dislike about the place but that’s common in apartment living. I would say this is best residential community I have stayed in so far.

I moved into this community April 2020 right at the start of the pandemic. I really enjoyed my stay here up until about a month and a half ago. Up until that point I would’ve rated 5 stars. Haven at Rivergate is clean, pretty and has great location. But unfortunately some neighbors can be loud and not very courteous. I really do believe that management tries to do everything possible when it comes to addressing issues in the community. Unfortunately they have no way of knowing what kind of character people have. The community itself is very pretty, the appliances are new and the common area is very enjoyable. There are gas grills and a saltwater pool that we all get to enjoy. My biggest complaint has to do with noise issues. There's also an ongoing problem with people in the community who absolutely refuse to curb their dogs and pick up their waste. Unless management puts in cameras to be able to see who they are and begin fining them I don’t see how this is going to get fixed because they just don’t care about their environment, neighbors or community. If you’re very sensitive to noise you may want to consider another community. These apartments were constructed in such a way that it’s super easy to hear what is going on next door or upstairs. The walls are paper thin. My lease is up in September and I’m debating whether I want to stay here, I’ve had an enjoyable experience for the most part but I have noticed that the element is changing.

A room starts at $ 950 and can go up to $ 1,325. These prices are for the second floor. The third floor adds $ 25- $ 75 more to the starting price. The third and first floors are more expensive.
