So, i just received my renewal papers. My rent is going up $212.00 a month with the cheapest renewal duration which is 11 months. It went up $101.00 with last years renewal. With that in mind this is my 3rd apartment within 5 years in the same complex. It never went up more than $50.00 in the other one's, which were also bigger. I've had to downgrade the size of my apartment tobkkep ot affordable. Meanwhile, the staff in the office very rarely if at all take phone calls or respond to emails. I've been waiting since January to hear back from them as far as when my kitchen floor would be repaired. Last i earned was "its okay. It's not like it's going to sink in" . Well actually, it is sinking in more and more with each month that passes that it hasn't been fixed. I actually work in flooring and can repair it myself, but i was told if i fixed it, instead of waiting for them, my renter's insurance would be ineffective if something were to happen to it after i fixed it. So, with that being said, please don't move here it's actually the cheaper of the complex's in the area as far as apartments in general go. It was actually decently priced for what you got when i moved here 5 years ago. There's a difference between a mark up because the housing market is bad and a mark up to simply be price gouging. My apartment is also a non-renovated one.

I would never move here ever again because of the simple fact that nobody wants to pick up the phone when you call. Mold grows everywhere and it’s a smell of water just sitting.They “fix” things that isn’t even fixed. They act like they care but they do not because if it’s not them then they not gonna do anything about it. I have mold growing through the house the cabinet’s are sinking in with mold and they charge for things that is so inaccurate. All they do is sit around and not answer the phone and get they check that is all they do because this is ridiculous it really is this is sad and sickening to me. Avoid moving to Waterford apartments at all cost if you knew anything in life this is one of them.

avoid this place at all costs, maintenance comes out but doesn't fix anything, I've been billed incorrectly for things that take too long for them to take off your account(like rent amount), I am still getting charged for "renters insurance" even though I've already showed them my proof of renter's insurance, the first time I got a water bill(for the first 3 months) it was over 400 dollars and it took them forever to "correct" it. When they do correct something, they don't even have the courtesy to call you and let you know. Avoid this place at all costs
