ROACHES!!!! Don't be fooled by the lipstick on this pig! This is not a luxury apartment complex. There are cockroaches of various species living in the walls (we are very clean keep all foods in sealed containers). There is mold that just gets painted over. There are noisy neighbors that will blast their terrible music at 2am. Oh and your neighbors will also steal your packages when they get left at your door. The remodeled units look great, but do not be fooled, this is far from luxury living. So, don't lock yourself into a lease like we did. You will regret it.

So I’ve been living here for about 3 yrs now and when I found out my rent was increasing $300 I was soooo upset. But it was when I walked into my home this evening I realized, “You get what you pay for!” When I tell you I am in such awe of the renovations completed in less than 8hrs! I mean WOW! Maintenance was extremely professional and assertive, and shout out to the staff in the front office. I’m so mad at myself for not getting before pictures. But thought I’d share to thank you for making my stay here just a little more cozy. Peace & Love 💋

I really think they must be smoking something at the Madison. I’ve lived here for 2 years in a one bedroom paying between 1000 and 1100 base rent. They have made no upgrades or renovations but expect over 1400 a month now to renew. Mind you there are noisy neighbors blasting music all night, trashy grounds, old out dated gym equipment pool amenities and zero apartment upgrades. What is the increase in rent for? I doubt I’ll renew and take chances elsewhere.

The staff is amazing and very helpful with any need/problem you may have. The apartments are also reasonably priced and the location is great! Only complaint I have is that the residents here drive dangerously fast throughout the complex. They have woken me up several times every night as well as gotten close to hitting my dog.
