Recently moved to this apartment community and we liked it so far. It is well maintained, very close to shopping, and a bigger children play area. The two-bedroom apartment is spacious with new appliances. Office staff and Jeremy are courteous and helpful. I was allowed to move prior to the actual move-in date. Maintenance team is quick and professional. I would highly recommend it.

Leon Brown and Faustino spent the better part of two days tending to my HVAC and appliance service requests. They were meticulous and constantly kept me in the loop to let me know what the specific issues were and when the matters would be resolved. They also took the time to educate me and let me know what I should be aware of or what to look out for in the future. I couldn't ask for a better maintenance crew! They are more like family and I am proud to be part of the MAA Ballantyne community. Thanks again!

This complex is hard to compete with. Office staff and maintenance staff are both amazing. They go out of their way to make this place truly feel like home. The landscaping is gorgeous and the layout of the complex is perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better complex to live in.

10/13/2020 Post Ballantyne has been a great place to call home for me and my family the past few years. The office staff works to keep the residents involved and up to date within the community. Leon, the maintenance person is very helpful and his dedication to his job shows through his work throughout the property. Anytime we have had a maintenance issue, Leon has been here the same day to fix or correct it. We appreciate him and the cosistent service he provides daily.
