No just a stream to walk in..its a great place..
No there is no Lake there's a stream and you can swim if you like snakes
No, there is the creek that people fish and wade in. Be aware though that there are spots that are deceptively deep with strong currents.

There is no light show at this time of year maybe closer to christmas
11/24 is the first Official Day for Lights in the Parkway, but they often have them on before that during setup.
