I moved here thinking that I would not be able to control my a/c but to be honest the a/c was the only thing that actually worked all the time. Now the troubling part, the apartment smells weird! I’m not going to say it’s bad but it’s definitely unpleasant! Also when I moved in the bathroom sink would not go down so on day one I had to get a maintenance person to come out to fix, but to be honest the worst part is easily the roaches. This apartment was infested! To the point where I would wake up and they would be crawling on my wall next to me! I put traps down to kill and trap them and I literally caught hundreds with no bait in a sticky trap over a few weeks. I broke my lease in 2 weeks from moving in. That is literally the only good part about the apartment, if you want to leave it is very easy to break the lease and leave.

Do not live here AT ALLL they maintenance and office are terrible terrible TERRIBLE the apartment inside need fixing a lot they put holes in walls and leave it leaking the A/C never works they keep it hot in there and we don’t have a choice to change our own temperature THE HALL WAY STINK and dirty and they say they will fix something but forget about us for long time and when we call and remind them they act like nothing was put in so don’t move here they have bad service here and terrible communication!!!!

I had a great experience with moving into Charlotte Woods apartments! I’ve been here 3 weeks now and I love it I’d definitely recommend this property to others! Sonya was great throughout the whole process!!!! She deserved that promotion!!!!!! Signed a happy resident!

if you are going to live here in winter you will have no problems. but if you are going to live spring and summer, don't look elsewhere. The air conditioning does not work, it does not cool, the failure is reported and more than 5 days pass and nobody checks anything or repairs anything. living above 88 degrees every day and night included. a total disaster. nobody takes care of anything. don't move here.
