Worst animal shelter I have ever been. They employees don't care about the animal they are dirty dying and sign with saying they have disease next to other dogs it really sad how can anyone adopt these dogs in a shelter if they are dying. Also there is no hand sanitizer available in the shelter and no place to wash your hands.

We took home a sweet natured dachsund mix. The staff were kinda awesome from my first call when Alyssa walked me through the appt settings to the kind volunteer who explained what we needed to do to pick up Peppermint Patty. The staff is careful around the animals to reduce some trauma to their pyschs by insisting on an appt and only walking one person at a time into the puppy area. All in all it warmed my heart to witness such compassion and kindness for the animals.

I gave $40 to be given back $5 and they kept the change! I asked for a full refund and was given back $35. I was offered to see the cameras so I said yes, then was told that the cameras can only be worked by the supervisor, and that there is no supervisor on duty. Then was told that the supervisor on duty dosent know how to work the cameras. So then the supervisor told me to take the $35 or leave with nothing. Based on the experience with all the staff I would not be surprised if they abuse the animals. The saddest part of this experience is that the entire staff all knew the employee kept the change (obviously). By the way this shelter is listed twice on Google, the first listing has one review of one star. On this listing there are plenty of four star and five star reviews that are fake (employees choose to lie rather than live up to their own fantasy expectations). One would think that at the very least these people would try once and a while on their jobs but the same day I visited someone posted a real review stating that the customer service is terrible- I couldn't agree more!

Choose your dogs carefully by looking at their cute faces, by interacting with them if they allow you to do so or even by walking with them for a few minutes inside the facility if possible. In this way, you can decide once and for all which dog you are interested in adopting without bringing any of them back to the shelter because a dog is a living being with thoughts and feeling just like the rest of us not just a pare of pants that you can simply exchange for a different one at Macy's if you don't like the color of the first pare. Have some compassion for these poor babies don't just think of yourselves. Not even god views such callousness with favor.

When you pay the Adoption Fee, spay or neutering is included. They also provide a vet visit good for 7 days after the pet adoption and microchipping. You just need to pay to activate.

If the kitten is healthy they will clean it .up to date on shots ... spayed or neutered then put up to be adopted out they will find a home for them.... they don't kill animals unless they're very ill

Well I would say that you will stay with the one that you already have because the animals suffer when you get rid of them, better you would not have accepted it as a gift if it was not in your plans to take care of an animal.my humble opinion.

Go to the shelter and find out the cats ID number. Once you have their ID number, go to the front desk and say you would like to adopt this cat. They will place your name down and let you know the cats status (i.e. if anyone else has wanted to adopt it, or if it can be adopted, etc). I hope your kitty is still there.

It's not just appointments only. If you want to look at the dogs before 12 noon go online and make an appointment. After 12 noon they take walk ups. You have to go to the window and sign a paper saying you will comply to Covid protocol. Then you wait by the gate till one of the workers let's you in. Easy process.

A lot of times they'll find that their animals are not even registered. In which case they will receive a fine per pet. Usually, this helps set the owners straight to where they'll begin to finally get a handle on their animals. Another suggestion, if you feel that the children are in any direct danger. Maybe try contacting your city's non-emergency telephone number to issue a complaint. I have little ones, so I totally understand your concern. If you've already tried everything. A few weeks ago I had the same problem with my sister-in-law and I got angry with her because she had a little dog that had all kinds of sicknesses and she refused to put it to sleep and and it made me mad and angry because I thought well if she had a loved one the human loved one and if she seen it seen them suffering in a hospital with tubes and and a kinds of needles and suffering in that way wouldn't you ask God to take them right away cuz that's what I did with my grandma my grandma was 91 and she was in a lot of pain and I can see your supper anymore and I went to go see her for my last time because I couldn't bear to see her anymore and I asked God to please take her and the next day I called my aunt to see how my grandma was and she had passed in her sleep and it was the best thing for her and I knew it was for me so why would you let your animal who you left for all these years that you've enjoyed them you hug them played with them bathe them to care of them walk them did ever

Get a hold of the Amanda Foundation they are involved with the ASAP sea foundation and they help with getting services like free vaccinations free getting your dogs fixed for free your cats fixed for free and they know where you can get your shots for cheap prices matter fact I need to do that for my own dogs but anyways get a hold of them because they go to parks and if you're on medical they do them for free so or if your elderly person they do it for free I believe so try calling them at Amanda Foundation Center in Los Angeles just Google them going to use the speaker and ask for the Amanda foundation and their phone number automatically comes up and good luck
