I don't think so. Have to pay for spay or neuter. Minimal cost. Good to rescue a pet!!!
I think so and really good idea thats pets need help there have a lot animal but honestly when i been there i so only dogs I'm not sure if there have cats but you can check it online ypu can get a lot info up there or you can go and check it out maybe you can have a dog they are really beautiful and need help too is too much work for that people because a lot irresponsible people leave ther pets on stree that is not relly good better if the city can give a ticket for that people 😡 good luck and congratulations to help shelter
