Recently leased the 2022 Nissan Altima at Downey Nissan. Ricky was the man. Showed me the car, and dropped it off to my residence after the purchase as well. Super helpful. Also Jose, the sales manager was really helpful during the entire process too. Was a quick and easy process with him. Austin, the finance manager was a really nice guy too. Great customer service. We contacted a bunch of Nissan dealership in the area and I have to say this is the best experience so far. Other dealerships didn’t answer any of our specific questions but just say whatever they could to get us into the store or trying to get our address. But Ricky here is a really sincere guy that you could have a conversation with via email. He’s patient and transparently answered our questions and worked with us on price before we go into the store. We eventually came in here and worked on the details with Ricky, JJ and Jose. They’re very nice and and pleasant to work with and we’re interested in building a long term relationship with them.

You dont need a down go get pre approved with a credit union for a very low apr, and then walk into any ANY dealer and its treated like a cash offer. You reject extended warranties as those can also be purchased through a credit union and gap insurance as well reject ir. I payed 800+ here at downey Nissan in 2013 and I cancelled it last year when my car was a total loss, going on a year and they still haven't sent me a refund, I emailed went in.person. it's a joke. Get the gap with the credit union it's like 480, you'll save 3,000 on your loan.
It is not my case so I can not say the same to me I was treated very well
You do not need a license to buy a car just id ... but if you occupy a person with a license to get it out of the dealer

Two months is a long time. Also, if the car fails again three times for the same reason, the Nissan company must offer you another car by law. The law is called "Lemon Law" or literally La Ley Limón in Spanish.
I do not recommend it. I took it so they would fix it for me because it would turn off and it would no longer turn on and they told me that it needed maintenance and I kept doing it after doing maintenance
The truth is I do not know why I do not work in that place but if you enter the information of the place you bring a phone number and you can talk to a representative
