Slow cashiers and only 2 working and very packed

Unfortunately due to pandemic I didn't want to stay long, but from my time there I was pleased. It is a great place to shop. The variety for plus size is nice clothing, but it is only a very small section of the store. Everything else is great. My teenage daughter, (who is very picky), found many items to her liking. Store is clean, organized and very reasonable in price.

After being a long time buyer who spends hundreds at the store, I feel very appalled at how little is done to assure customer satisfaction. In example, how they will not exchange when any of their items turn to be defective (even within timeframe/receipt and tags) or will not accept a return or even give you store credit or exchange for an item that was originally for a gift (strings hanging/price removed for obvious reasons, or exclude accepting a return, just because they feel like, indicating it is not accepted per their policy, yet they are unable to show you where in such policy to find that printed... I might be just another customer to them, but surely will be turning my hard earned money to a perhaps more pricey place, but that will value my business Zero stars if possible

Their return policy and or store credit is horrible. I had the tags but because they were removed they wouldn't give me my money back or store credit. The dress was a gift, didn't even wear it. The policy should be written on the receipt or the cashiers should inform you. Keep in mind DO NOT REMOVE THE TAGS!
