One of your officer park on my exit driveway and blocking it without having an emergency or investigation going on, hi has no respect for people or law, that happens on June 12nd around 11pm, patrol car tag is 1626774...

Don’t rely on them sending a sheriff notice for eviction. They’ll just give you attitude about it and say it’s still being processed when it’s already past eviction date. You can tel whoever is handling the evictions are tenants and want to side with other tenants instead of following the law.

When you feel good about your local Police Department, say so. Let them know it. They got my 6. I got theirs. What I really need to do is get up my lazy backside and go down to the station just to say high. Maybe I am missing something I could do to support them. I have only had a couple contact with our Men & Women in the Department, and they gave all been really cool.

Dispatch is extremely rude, and unprofessional. I have lived in shady areas, and they have better dispatch assistance. Downey police department should properly train dispatch to handle calls accordingly and effectively. I guess next time I see someone break into someone’s house I’ll just let them for the fact that the police department doesn’t care why should we. Very disappointed Downey PD shame on you all.

Perhaps install a camera. Its unfortunate that the law restricts the police to do what's right. Good luck friend
'Looking' is no crime.
I recommend that you call the number that appears on the paper of the court. If you do not have paper, call the Downey Police Department if you were arrested there. DO NOT post your child's name and any personal information here, or in any other public place. Anyone can see it. Luck.
Best option is close your windows obliviously then go outside and politely ask them to smoke somewhere else. No need for authority’s they will just do the same thing better to do it yourself so they can handle more important cases.

You don't have to report it, but if it happens again...or to a neighbor, at least there's a paper trail. Also, D.P.D. will be better informed of areas with this type of incident happening and maybe patrol a bit more often. It can only help if you report it. J.M.O.
If you have evidence such as a photo, they may be able to do something about dumping on public property. You may also call your waste pick up company and let them know there is a refrigerator dumped in the alley. They should be able to come pick it up. Good luck...and good luck with your neighbors.

If he has been there more than 30 days do a regular eviction. But if your a cheapskate than file a DV restraining order in Los Angeles and make sure you include a move out order. But asking these stupid ignorant bums to do anything your asking for trouble...
