Has a sign on it closes at 4pm now, it was 5pm a few weeks ago. Haven't been able to catch it open in almost 2 months

Normally I LOVE Petco for their policies and prices. However today we picked up a box of food from our local UPS where the delivery was sent. No damage to the shipping box but the UPS people wrapped it in plastic bc they mentioned there was a smell and fruit flies. I brought the undamaged shipping box home and opened the plastic and found that the canned food was covered in maggots. Petco couldn't give us a replacement either even though the product was in stock so we were pretty disappointed and won't buy canned food from them again.
